Bride Chic for Bergen County Brides was a really nice event to attend after a long day of work. I attended with my soon to be sister-in-law who is also getting married. Walking into the Ridgewood Women's Club, we were quickly greeted by friendly staff and given our goodies. Before we even entered the event, my sister-in-law and I were given free chair massages which relaxed us and took away tensions from the day and the "joys" of planning a wedding. More goodies awaited us as we entered the ballroom. Delicious food was present, as well as samples of wine and champagne. We walked around, meeting some really great vendors. I've been to several bridal shows meeting different florists, dee jays, and photographers, but this was the first one to offer vendors for different services I never even thought there were vendors for such as candy bar displays, bouquet preservation, and card boxes. It was such a nice mix of vendors and all were extremely friendly and helpful. I made out of the event with some nice freebies from each vendor and was even more surprised to learn I won the Grand prize - a set of luggage and a trip to Curacao provided by See It All 2 Travel. I can't wait to over-pack my new luggage and set off to some place WARM!
